Military Training is not your average fitness program. It’s a deep dive into the physical and mental challenges that elite forces endure, using SEAL terminology and techniques to power you through each workout. With daily 20-30-minute classes, you’ll experience a blend of strength, endurance, and mental grit training that will leave you feeling stronger and more resilient.

Intro: Indoc Training (5 min) Your mission begins here. This introductory session lays the foundation for the week, familiarizing you with SEAL-inspired movements, techniques, and key terminology. Get ready to commit to the challenge ahead.
Day 1: Initial Ascent (20 min - Strength) Start building foundational strength with a focus on controlled strength movements and dynamic exercises to prepare your body for the intensity of the week. Expect exercises like goblet squats, push-ups, and medicine ball slams to get your heart rate up and muscles firing.
Day 2: Strength Surge (20 min - Strength) Power and explosiveness take center stage. Through high-weight exercises with minimal rest, you’ll work on building strength that mimics the demands of tactical performance. This session emphasizes controlled movements with increased resistance.
Day 3: Peak Endurance (20 min - Strength) This day tests your stamina. Expect longer work intervals with minimal rest as you push through challenging circuits designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular staying power.
Day 4: Operation Grit (30 min - Strength) It’s time to go all-in. This longer session is designed to build physical and mental toughness through repetitive and demanding movements. Jeff Gum will push you to stay focused and dig deep when fatigue sets in.
Day 5: Final Stand (30 min - Strength) The grand finale! This full-body workout will test everything you’ve built throughout the week. Can you push through the burn and finish strong? Jeff and Nikita will be with you every step of the way.

On average, every two minutes a woman in the United States is diagnosed with breast cancer. One in eight US women will develop breast cancer within their lifetime. Unfortunately, nearly half of women miss their recommended annual screening mammogram.
And, while one in every 196 women below the age of 40 is diagnosed with breast cancer every year, screening mammograms aren’t even available to them! What makes that even worse is that younger women are at higher risk for an advanced diagnosis, recurrence after treatment, and spreading beyond the breasts.

]]>The Fall Semester of the Physical Education Program begins on September 18th, so sharpen your pencils and get ready to achieve your wellness goals!
Physical Education or PHYS ED will be a holistic opportunity for our members internationally. Using a scholastic structure, each "semester" will contain a syllabus featuring all the classes members can take to complete a course, which can be used as a checklist. This syllabus will consist of various subjects, or categories. Of these categories, a participant will complete a certain amount to earn “credit” (i.e. 5 out of the 10 classes listed).
What can I expect to learn?
Each semester will cover a wide range of topics including movement improvement, overall health,mylearn &burnprogramandextracredit!
The first semester will start September 18, 2023 andlasts 14 weeks.

We are asking you to “Pink Up the Pace” each week by committing to 150 minutes of exercise. Whether you are up for a one (150 minutes), two (300 minutes), three (450 minutes) or four (600 minutes) week challenge, we want to encourage you to Pink Up YOUR Pace during October.
For each week you complete, you will earn an exclusive badge to share your accomplishment with friends, family and other members.

Many studies have shown that moderate to vigorous physical activity is linked with lower breast cancer risk, so it’s important to get regular physical activity. The American Cancer Society recommends that adults get at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate intensity or 75 to 150 minutes of vigorous intensity activity each week (or a combination of these), preferably spread throughout the week. Getting to or exceeding the upper limit of 300 minutes is ideal.

All Out Rides
All Out Rides are great benchmark classes where you’ll practice and develop skills that directly translate to greater output on the leaderboard, and you can revisit these classes to see how you improve over time. They are an all-out effort, so it’s a good idea to take a Warm Up Rides class before joining.
Beginner Rides
Beginner Rides are a great way to learn the basics and sample all the types of rides we offer. You’ll get to know our instructors and find the classes that inspire, challenge, and energize you.
Bike Bootcamp
In Bike Bootcamp classes, your workout begins with a ride and ends with floor exercises. These classes are best taken while wearing regular sneakers and utilizing the toe cages on your pedals.
Cadence Rides
Cadence Rides veer away from “rules of the road riding,” providing interval training for the music-driven athlete. Rhythm riding combined with full-body strengthening works all muscle groups — glutes, quads, core, and upper body.
Cool Down Rides
This short cool down class allows your heart rate to slow down and recover.
Endurance Rides
Endurance Rides incorporate the variables of time and tempo across milder terrains, helping you establish a solid foundation and build baseline fitness levels.
Fusion Rides
Fusion Rides challenge physical and mental agility and are a medley workout of our favorite drills – strength, power, and speed.
Hill Rides
Hill Rides are one of the more challenging ride classes we offer. These workouts will help build strength and cardiovascular endurance while working the largest muscle groups. The classes combine steep climbs, moderate grade climbs, and rolling hills with bursts of speed.
HRZ (Heart Rate Zone) Rides
Push your way through the five heart rate zones in this science-based ride. Each class focuses on a different zone to improve your anaerobic and aerobic capacity.
Low Impact Rides
Low Impact Rides allow you to build a solid foundation by focusing on form, technique, and execution. With a combination of milder terrains and moderate-intensity drills, these workouts build baseline fitness levels and promote active recovery.
Power Rides
Power Rides get their name from the power generated by combined resistance and leg speed, also known as cadence. These interval rides switch up speed, load, and time to increase strength and stamina and spike post-workout metabolic activity.
Scenic Rides
Scenic Rides are self-guided workout sessions during which your screen displays a moving video of biking in a specific location, instead of an instructor leading the class.
Speed Rides
Pedal through perceived limits as you generate and sustain speed on flat roads and mild climbs at higher cadences. Speed Rides allow you to push your boundaries, improving anaerobic threshold and overall aerobic capacity.
Tabata Rides
Tabata Rides are a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) using short bursts of all-out effort, followed by brief recoveries to promote aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Effort and rest are a 2:1 ratio, respectively.

Pace Runs are designed to have you steadily building your endurance by holding a set pace.
Race Runs
Race Runs allow you to go the distance and run a race with us by refining your pace to achieve your indoor and outdoor running goals.
Rhythm Runs
Rhythm runs are fun total body music-based classes that get your heart rate up while you run to the beat of the music at a steady, easy pace.
Running Basics
Learn how to perfect your arm drive, stride length, foot strike, and body position to prevent injuries and become a more efficient runner

Low Impact Rows
Low Impact Rows focus on form, technique, and execution. You’ll work through a combination of milder resistance and moderate-intensity drills to help build baseline fitness levels and promote active recovery.
Power Rows
Power Rows are high-intensity, interval classes that focus on speed, drag (resistance), and time to increase strength and stamina, and spike post-workout metabolic activity. These workouts are the place where power is generated at the intersection of resistance and stroke rate.
Row Bootcamp
Row Bootcamp classes focus on intense rowing and vigorous bodyweight floor exercises designed to enhance muscular endurance and increase strength and agility on and off the rower.
Scenic Rows
Scenic Rows are self-guided workout sessions during which your screen displays a moving video of rowing a body of water, instead of an instructor leading the class.
Speed Rows
High-intensity Speed Rows are classes that provide a workout in shorter intervals, with a greater stroke rating to train and maintain anaerobic strength and fitness.

]]>Echelon now offers comprehensive training programs that help prepare you for running a 5K or 10K race. These on-demand training classes feature week-by-week guides that build up your stamina, eventually giving you the endurance to complete a full 5K or 10K — whatever your goal may be.

The classes will focus on a variety of running performance techniques, including sprints, hill training, and intervals.
